Need Documents or Plat Maps?

We are NOT yet online. If you need a recorded document, tax roll, plat map, survey, etc., please email us at recorder@beaver.utah.gov or fill out this email form requesting the desired PDF and we will be happy to respond to your request. Please note, we are not a title agency and do not do title searches; nor do we do extensive research for requested documents. Please contact a title agency for those types of requests.

Jamie Kelsey is the Beaver County Recorder. Her office can be found on the first floor of the County Administration Building. Melissa Cook is the Deputy Recorder. 

This office has records dating back to the late 1800s; prior records were destroyed in a fire.

In this office, you can:

  • Record documents
  • File mining claims
  • Find ownership of a particular parcel
  • Search property and water rights
  • Obtain copies of your
    • recorded document(s)
    • legal description(s)
    • parcel history
    • plat maps, etc.

Recording is accepted during regular business hours; the following scenarios are exceptions when documents must be submitted:

  • before 11:30 AM on Fridays.
  • before 4:00 PM on the last business day of the month.
