Plat Maps

We have plat maps available for all private property in Beaver County, Utah.

Requesting Plat Maps

Please have some or all of the following information available and ready when making a request for a plat map:

  • Owner's Name
  • Parcel /Tax ID Number
  • Section-Township-Range and/or Lot-Block

Parcel numbers follow the format: ## - #### - ####, which represents Book - Page - Number.

    • The first two digits in our parcel numbers represent the Plat Map Book they belong to; for example: 01, 02, 03, 04, or 05.
    • The middle four digits in our parcel numbers represent the Plat Map Page within the book; for example: 0012.
    • the last four digits in our parcel numbers represent a randomly assigned number within that page; for example: 0099

Copies of plat maps can be obtained in person at the Recorder's Office, located at 105 East Center Street in Beaver.
