Fees
- Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing permits are $75.75.
- Building permit fees will differ depending on the permit that has been issued.
- Residential dwelling permits (new homes) and commercial building permits are based on square footage of the structure, including materials and labor.
Payments
- You can mail a check, or pay with a credit card over the phone. However, there is a bank processing fee for using a credit card.
