Schedule
The schedule for noxious weed spraying completely depends on two factors:
- The wetness of the winter
- How far into the spring / summer the wet season extends
Therefore, there is no set date the county begins to spray, however, spraying usually begins in April and extends through the month of September.
What the County Sprays
The county only sprays weeds that are on the state's noxious weed list with the exception of the county right-of-ways, fairgrounds, and road department yards.
