With elevated ethics expected of those afforded the trust of sensitive material, the Records division of the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office will actively strive to accurately record, protect, maintain, and distribute the records of the department with a professional and efficient method.
Public Records Access
The policies and procedures of the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office for the collection, compilation, storage, and dissemination of official records and information are in compliance with Utah Code Annotated Section 63A-12. These laws are known as the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) and identify those records that are accessible to the public, those that are confidential, and those that are sensitive. They also provide guidelines and recommendations regarding the handling of said records.
Information Requests
If you wish to obtain a copy of an official document, please submit a written request during regular business hours or submit an online request through our GRAMA request tab. A fee is charge to cover expenses.
